Proper preparation of annual budgets is crucial for the effective management of a company.  <\/p>

Starting these budgets early, such as in October after the Q3 tax filing, can avoid problems at the end of the year.  <\/p>

It is especially relevant for businesses with seasonal activity.  <\/p>

These budgets should not only be created, but also monitored to identify deviations and make corrective decisions.  <\/p>

There are five essential steps to developing a successful annual budget: <\/p>

          1. Analyse<\/strong>To assess whether sales forecasts are met, whether expenses are sustainable, whether financial costs affect profits, and to determine the profitability of individual elements such as vendors. <\/li>\n<\/ol>
